How to Get the Best Price on Your Product Packaging

As a business owner, I’m sure the majority of your time is spent trying to make money. But another important aspect to consider, is finding a way to save money.

How do we do that here at DotCom Secrets? Well, one way is to shop for the best price on our product packaging. Here’s how we do it:

1. Make 3 phone calls!

   Never settle for the first price you hear. Always call at least 3 companies for a quote. In some cases it could mean the difference between $12.00 per package and $30.00 per package. And if you’re producing hundreds or even thousands…well, you do the math! Ouch! Spend some time on the phone and the difference in prices just might surprise you.




2. Sign up for dealer programs!
   A lot of companies have savings programs available. Even 10 or 15% off goes a long way!




3. Ask for a bulk discount!
   Once again, don’t settle for the first price you’re quoted. Ask if they have any deep quantity discounts available. Also, some companies give additional discounts, but only if specifically asked for by the customer.




At the end of the day, the goal is more money for you and less out of pocket expense. So take the time to shop around for your product packaging needs, it’s worth it!
